The platform made of new type aluminum, which have advantages of small weight, convenient adjustment and adapt to various production needs.
Double chain hydraulic system controls the rise and fall of the platform, with reliable structure and safe operation.
The rear-end of the platform is equiped with pressing bar to make the paperboard fall horizontally.
Both ends drived for independent servo motor.

Front-end Paper Receiving Arm 前端接纸臂
The paper receiving arm is fixed so that the paperboard can be transported smoothly at high speed.
Independent servo motor drives front paperboard receiving segment, speed adjustable.
The front paperboard receiving area is equipped with a combination of pressing bar and medium pressure fan to make the paperboard enter and convey more smoothly; this structure can manually adjust the distance.
接纸臂固定,使纸板在高速运行中能够平稳输送。
前接纸段独立伺服电机传动,传送速度精准可调。
前端进纸处配有压条、中压风机组合压纸机构,使纸板进入和输送更加平稳;此结构可以手动调节距离。
Paper Receiving Baffle 接纸挡板
According to paperboard sizes, distance of rear receiving baffle can be adjusted to stack paperboard with different sizes.
Pneumatic slight forward push device and left-right patting device are equiped onto fron receiving baffle to make paperboard can
fall down and stack up smoothly.
Left-right patting device is manual adjustment, easy to operate.
后接纸挡板可根据纸板的长度,采用电动调节前后的距离,从而适应不同尺寸的纸板堆叠。
前接纸档板配有气动轻微前推装置与左右拍齐装置进行配合,使纸板能够平顺落下与堆齐。
左右拍齐装置为手动调节,操作便捷。
Counting System 点数系统
It is composed of front, middle and back three segments servo and photoelectric switch. Through the precise transmission control of
the three segments servo, it can realize high speed counting stacking and the counting accuracy can reach 99%.
Counting and stacking rack can be set to automatically count and pile the cartons according to any number in 10-50 without stopping the machine. The counting is accurate and the operation is easy (patent design).
Can realize one minute counting 180-200/250copies, and can adapt the production requirements of 2 outs at one time or 3 outs at
one time;left-right-front-back 4 outs at one time and 6 outs at one time.
由前、中、后三段伺服及光电开关组成,通过三段伺服的精准输送控制,实现高速点数堆码,计数准确率可达 99%。
点数叠纸架在不停机的状态下,可设置将纸箱自动按 10-50 张内任意数据进行计数分垛,计数准确,操作便捷(专利设计)。
